Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the information duty under Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
01Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Monetize Media - Maximilian Migner, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG), tax number (NIP) 6812121079, REGON 545464016.
For any question about this policy or about your data, write to contact@monetizemedia.cc.
02What we collect and why
| Data | Why we process it | Legal basis | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, email address and the content of your message, submitted through the contact form | To read your enquiry, reply to it and discuss a possible collaboration | Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries | Up to 24 months from our last contact, unless a contract is concluded, in which case the contract terms apply |
| Technical data recorded automatically by our hosting server: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, pages requested | To deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose faults | Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website | As long as our hosting provider retains server logs, typically a few weeks |
| Any details you enter when booking a call through Calendly | To schedule and hold the call you requested | Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract | Held by Calendly under its own policy; we keep booking records for up to 24 months |
Providing your data is voluntary, but without a name, an email address and a message we cannot answer your enquiry.
03Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technology. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no profiling of any kind. We do not build visitor profiles and we make no automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
The fonts used on this site are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not transmit your IP address to any font provider.
04Who else receives your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, or who act as independent controllers for their part of the service:
- Web3Forms: delivers the contact form to our inbox. Your name, email address and message pass through its servers.
- Namecheap: our website hosting and email provider. It processes server logs and the mailbox holding your correspondence.
- Calendly: used only if you choose to book a call. Opening a Calendly link takes you to Calendly's own service, governed by its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards that the provider itself has put in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Write to us at the address below and we will tell you which mechanism applies to a given provider and how to obtain a copy of it.
We may also disclose data to our accountants, legal advisers or public authorities where the law requires it.
05Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your data, for its correction or erasure, for processing to be restricted, or for a portable copy of it, and you may object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting anything done beforehand. Write to contact@monetizemedia.cc and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
06Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the mailbox and to the hosting account is protected by strong credentials and, where the provider supports it, two-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
07Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you and we hold your contact details, we will tell you directly.
