Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and explain, in outline, how our services work. They are not the contract for those services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

01Who we are

This website is operated by Monetize Media - Maximilian Migner, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), tax number (NIP) 6812121079, REGON 545464016. You can reach us at contact@monetizemedia.cc.

02What this website is

This website presents information about our services and lets you contact us or book an introductory call. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code; what is published here is an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of that Code. No contract for services is concluded through this website. Sending the contact form or booking a call starts a conversation; it does not commit either side to anything.

03Who our services are for

Our services are offered to creators and companies acting in the course of their business or professional activity. They are not offered to consumers, and the client agreement requires the client to confirm that it is not entering into the agreement as a consumer. If you are not acting in a business capacity, please tell us before we begin, because a different legal regime would apply.

04No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any level of views, subscribers, revenue or growth. Any figures, animations or examples shown on this website are illustrative only. They are not forecasts, projections or promises of earnings, and they are not representative of what any particular client has achieved or will achieve.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including the size and quality of your existing catalogue, audience demand, and the decisions of the platform on which a channel operates. A platform may change its algorithm, demonetise a channel, suspend it from its partner programme or terminate it. Compilation formats carry a specific and inherent risk under YouTube's reused content and related monetisation policies. Revenue may be zero.

05Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

If we work together, the engagement is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement sets out the scope of the services, the duration, the commercial terms and the rights each side grants, and it is agreed individually with each client. Where anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

For compilation channels, two points are constant because we describe them on this website: we charge no upfront fee, and we are paid only from an agreed share of the revenue the channel generates. For video production, plans are billed monthly at the prices published on this website when the agreement is signed, unless the agreement says otherwise. Everything else is settled in the agreement.

Before you commit to anything, you receive the full agreement to read. Ask us and we will walk through it with you clause by clause, and you should have your own adviser review it.

06Using this website

You may view this website and share links to it. The text, layout, design, logo and graphics are ours or licensed to us, and you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.

This website links to third-party services, including Calendly and, where relevant, YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

07Technical requirements and complaints

To use this website you need a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled. You do not need to install anything, and we do not require you to create an account.

If this website does not work as it should, or you are unhappy with how we handled your enquiry, write to contact@monetizemedia.cc. Describe the problem, tell us when it happened and give us the email address you used, so that we can identify the matter. We will look into it and reply within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If we need more time, we will tell you why and when you can expect our answer.

08Availability and liability

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. Information on the website is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional fault. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost goodwill arising from your use of this website. Liability arising under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by these terms.

09Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. We will always try to resolve a dispute in good faith by talking first. Where a signed client agreement exists, its own dispute resolution clause applies to disputes arising under it, in place of this section.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
